DEBACTEROL® Canker Sore Pain Relief, ORALMEDIC PRO™ Oral Ulcer Treatment and ORALMEDIC® Barrier Solution represent liquid topical oral care products that are specifically designed for use by consumers or healthcare professionals to treat oral ulcerations and canker sores(aphthous ulcers). The products are intended for relief of pain and discomfort caused by superficial disease and/or minor abrasions of the oral cavity. These products form a protective barrier by a chemical process that produces superficial tissue debridement following a brief direct topical application to the site of the lesion.
